"After forcibly converting them to Islam, the terrorists taunted families that they spent the past months teaching all the surviving victims Quran recitation and Islam teachings, and many of the captives have done well"
But rara o "they don't represent islam"

Building a Healthier Nigeria Through Stronger Healthcare Systems
As part of our desire and commitment to building a healthier Nigeria, I met with some healthcare professionals and experts in the United States on Friday, June 5, 2026. The meeting was essentially to deepen my understanding of how successful health insurance systems deliver improved healthcare, especially in the areas of primary and emergency care.
One of our key health objectives remains unchanged: to expand health insurance coverage, strengthen primary healthcare across our electoral wards, train more healthcare workers, and make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all Nigerians.
A New Nigeria must be a healthier Nigeria.

PUBLIC NOTICE
We have noted the recent clarification issued by the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) regarding affiliation with the “Nigeria National Grid” account.
This platform has always operated independently with the objective of providing timely public information, updates, and conversations around Nigeria’s electricity sector and national developments.
We respect institutional clarifications and remain committed to factual, responsible, and public-interest reporting.
As part of our long-term vision, this platform will be evolving into a broader independent media and public affairs platform covering energy, infrastructure, economy, governance, technology, and major national developments in Nigeria.
We appreciate our community for the continued trust and support.
The Qur’an talks about killing infidels but that’s not the point, let’s assume it doesn’t. A movement is defined more by its practices than what it preaches. When African slaves associated Christianity with oppression, it was because of their lived reality, despite what the theology taught.
In any system, the documented law is completely irrelevant to the person suffering under its actual enforcement; the practical effect is all that matters.
The "they don't represent Islam" deflection is a lazy cop-out when discussing institutional extremism, especially when we both know that this isn’t just about terrorists.. We don't need to debate text when real-world application speaks for itself,
Christianah Oluwatoyin Oluwasesin, A female Christian examiner threw out the books of a student who tried entering the hall with them during an Islamic Religious Knowledge exam, the students claimed a copy of the Qur’an was mistreated, started chanting, and THE STUDENTS who were between 12-14 stripped, beat, stabbed to death, cut her body into mutilated pieces and burnt her corpse in her car. Her 10 Month Old Son had to be hidden. Those were not terrorists, those were students, barely teenagers.
I don’t need to recant the facts of Deborah’s death, but what I want to point out is that it happened in broad daylight, The overwhelming majority in that space agreed with her being killed, literally everybody in that video were jubilating while she burnt, those were not terrorists, those were average Muslims.
It would be completely foolish of me to go to someone who has just been unjustly sentenced to death and start quoting constitutional clauses to them. Telling a condemned man that even though he’s about to be killed, on paper, he shouldn't be killed is totally useless. The law does not exist in a vacuum; it only matters when applied in real life. In reality, how a law is practically interpreted and enforced on the ground always carries more weight than what is written on paper.
Till today, not one of Christianah’s murderers have been convicted which brings me to my final point and a question; if Sharia text truly condemns these acts and mandates the execution of the perpetrators, Can anyone point to a single case in Nigerian history where a Sharia court has actually convicted let alone sentenced to death, anyone for a religious-motivated killing.
