#RamdevPopulationPitch Tweak - Plant and maintain 100 trees for every child after the second one. Community service compulsary for father for 5 yrs. Build roads, schools, hospitals, maintain and clean highway stretches of 10km per child per household. Good ol manual labour. 😉

@Reshmanair356 Absolutely true. And not a fixed seat reservation system. Give tuition waivers and stipends/scholarships to deserving students. Give them opportunities to start businesses, give them resources to do better farming.
