@TracketPacer I have had 3 male and 1 female leader in my career. I have had great relationships with all of them and never filter myself. I’ve been fortunate to have that kind of leader.
@danieldibswe In our enterprise, it seems like there was zero thought put in. 25 years later, I’m still trying to unwind what was done. IMO it’s super important but even other network engineers don’t think about it.
@danieldibswe Weve been running that for a while with good results. Beware a memory leak with c-edge snmp and poor failover for direct to zscaler-in that it doesn’t actually failover. We are really itching to get to 20.8 to fix zscaler but not hearing much from our Cisco team on early results.
@danieldibswe@gpardoen Except in small markets where often there is only one ISP so MPLS is the only alternative if you want dual WAN. It’s getting better but this is still very real.
@etherealmind The caveat being, in smaller US markets, you’re stuck with it if you want dual carriers for redundancy. We have locations where there’s one ISP choice. But our MPLS carrier can get service there.
