It's with great sadness that this week we made the decision to cancel our March By Night event, but we believe that it was the right thing to do for public safety.
We'll be monitoring how things evolve over the weeks and months to plan what happens next.
Calling for submissions! DDD by Night is back (on the 30th of March) and we want to hear what YOU’VE been up to. Tap on the below link to submit your 15 minute talk. Open until the 6th of March.

🙈It's finally here! My @dddsydney talk on my top 6 (er, 7) tips for writing tech documentation is up. I was MASSIVELY sleep deprived when I gave this talk, so I'm sorry that it wasn't as slick as it should have been! 😭https://t.co/mowxJfU9UW

Um. I have some awkward news. You remember my @dddsydney talk on "Top 6 Tips for Writing Tech Documentation"? So...it seems that I actually had 7 tips in the presentation! 🤦🏻♀️
Here's the pdf (minus our friends at Big Tech Co.): https://t.co/BtyTX2RT1g #dddsydney
Hi Sydney, DDDid you have a great time at @dddsydney? What was your favourite session, or what one thing did you learn? If you'd like to keep learning then sign up for our monthly developer newsletter. https://t.co/1y5UMydoom
@hasaltaiar@DDDMelb@DDDPerth@DDDBrisbane Last year we donated our excess food to OzHarvest to redistribute to people in need. This year we had minimal excess food, that picture was taken before the event completed and almost all of that was gone before the end. What leftovers we had we gave to students at the uni.
@hasaltaiar@DDDMelb@DDDPerth@DDDBrisbane We encourage people to bring reusable bottles and coffee cups, we had cold filtered water available throughout the day and people could use their own coffee cups.
In the past we've provided cups for water but people preferred something they could seal and take into rooms.
