@APompliano morning. You mentioned some early data indicating how GDP growth might grow faster because of companies using AI to improve operations vs not using it.
Would love some insights on that, anything you can share.

Our regulators aren't equipped to detect this or do much about this.
We'll wake up in 10, 20 years and realize even fewer companies own an even larger piece of the AI revolution.

The thing is, Microsoft missed the social boat. (FB)
They missed the smartphone boat (Nokia).
They missed the music player one as well (Zune) and the video calling one (Skype).
They are NOT kidding around this time with AI.
But there's a problem.
The PROBLEM that most of us are ignoring:
This is allowing Microsoft to quickly grab enough influence in enough layers of the industry to create a resilient monopoly.
And this time MSFT is doing it the smart way, by not taking on outright controlling stake. so they can deny this

@levelsio@AndreyAzimov LinkedIn is eagerly, already exploring this. The problem needs training data on who was hired to which roles. From there we can train a model to either assign “likelihood to succeed in this role” or categorize people in “fit / not fit” type groups for each role.

FINALLY. #OpenAI now supports Function Calling out of the box. This is going to BOOST us to a more usable AI assistant. You can ask #ChatGPT to "look up the weather this wknd, if it's over 72, find rooftop lounges, make reservations for me & wife, and put it on our calendars"
