@RailMinIndia @SwachhBharatGov ANI I'm traveling through train no. 22538 from Kalyan to Bhopal and a very disturbing fact I noticed is the janitor who collects all the garbage simply threw all the garbage outside the running train, it's like SwacchBharat gone for a six.
