We’re aiming for the US (+UAE) this year!
Expected in 2021 but delayed by regs, the launch will let regional customers stack PLU to earn PLUS (via CRY), redeem for online cashbacks, giftcards, miles, and travel using their own cards. Plutus Card follows in 2026.

@rosswoods01 Yes, any perks and bonus limits (IDA+Metal) will be preserved for later use. During banking migration, card payments for utilities (gifts, travel, etc.) will be made available, keeping any outage minimal.

@rosswoods01 This is limited to the outgoing banking service. Your account will be accessible again via PlutusLite, and apply for a new card at no cost in Q1.
Details will be sent to all affected customers. Sorry for the delay in comms, the team’s been swamped!

This year was full of obstacles, but none have phased us: key roadmap items have been delivered, and EOY feature rollouts are underway, including bonus features going live shortly.
We’re also preparing to launch utilities in the US and UAE, building on 100+ partner offers from those regions already live for UK/EU customers. Global access will be powered by PlutusLite (no KYC), rolling out next and enabling customers to use any personal cards for utilities (e.g. gift cards, miles, and travel), thereby removing unreliable bank settlement rails, an ongoing focus for us.
During the 2025 transition, we planned to reset our outdated services. We fixed the tokenomics with PLUS and terminated the contract in October for several reasons, including the non-delivery of paid-for core banking features such as Apple Pay, and submitted a claim for damages. Following this, we’ve faced several issues, including unilateral restrictions on customer funds ahead of Christmas (cashback, PlutusSwap allocations, and pending gift cards).
I recognise this is a difficult moment for those who rely on our utilities for savings, and I sincerely apologise to everyone affected. Rest assured, we are working with partners to restore utility balances and return any funds held. We have also set up a support form for customers facing hardship and will provide USDC assistance where appropriate: https://t.co/NtdF2GCAWi
We remain resilient and focused on execution, including migrating to our new banking service in January, with all additional benefits (e.g. IDA + Metal) preserved for later use. Once resolved and the roadmap delivered, I look forward to being more active online and hosting a meetup to reconnect with the community.
Thank you all for your patience and support!
Bro isn’t wrong!
Since we left Contis, we went from being the best Crypto Rewards Card to a mediocre service with multiple challenges. I am sorry for that.
New Reward Levels benefits go live this month.
Followed by an improved banking service.
By Q1, we’ll be at a better place!
B Tier: @plutus
Been around for a while, but never really leveled up.
✅ Decent perks
✅ Non-custodial
❌ Platform issues never fully fixed
❌ Rewards feel small
Solid, but just… okay.
