Still no contact from @British_Airways We were due to fly on Friday to Vegas but return flight cancelled and we were put on next flight 24 hrs later with no offer of compensation or even a hotel for the night. Time to rebook with someone else #badcustomerservice

Often changes his email address but tends to use the word 'salty' in many of his emails.

Numerous matching complaints, no evidence, all in an attempt to get free compensatory beer.
