During the inaugural session, Chief Guest Shri Arjun Sharma, IAS, Deputy Commissioner/Director (Civil Defence), stressed the importance of well-trained and mentally prepared CDVs as effective community-level first responders.

The drill enhanced coordination and preparedness among all involved agencies. DSS affirmed that such exercises will be held regularly to strengthen maritime disaster readiness and public safety.
