during pfw hotels usually aren’t shared by the media, but the information still circulates especially because guests invited by the same brand all stay together
even for most shows locations it’s only once certain media arrive there that the location starts being known

last year tws did their informal mini "signature section" before the show in front of the hotel while this year it happened in front of the show venue so it really depends

so yes you can go to the hotel and there are areas specifically set up for fans to wait
security can’t even tell people to get tf out for being there even if they choose to camp outside all night

but from that point on it’s between you and your conscience
just because you’re allowed to be somewhere doesn’t mean you should behave however you want

there are also moments when you can reasonably assume they’re tired
if they’re done with their official schedules maybe they’re not in the mood to interact

nobody is going to give people a precise rulebook for what to do
it comes down to your own judgment and whether that judgment tells you it’s appropriate to be there

and when it comes to following them around the city if it wouldn’t be okay to do it in korea then it doesn’t suddenly become okay just because they’re in another country
