The only City manager that I’m seeing people calling a cheat, cheat, cheat is Pep Guardiola.

Meanwhile, Mark Hughes was the coach of City in 2008–09. Roberto Mancini coached City. Manuel Pellegrini coached City before Pep took over.

None of these people are being called frauds or cheats. Obviously, they didn’t dominate the Premier League like Guardiola did.

And we know Mancini was the first one who started spending heavily and buying a lot of players.

What I’m understanding is that people are not even angry with all those coaches. They’re angry with Guardiola.

Because tell me why someone who came in 2016, and only oversaw the final two years of the alleged period, is the one everybody suddenly wants to call a cheat?
