p1 - The BC Government survey about the time zones was an abomination when it happened, its results are meaningless and not trustworthy, because they didn't even present permanent standard time, the best option, as a choice, so voters could only pick between 2 inferior options.
p2 - The cited 93% result was only a vote against changing the clocks twice a year, it wasn't a vote saying permanent daylight time was the best option. They need to do the survey again properly so to better know what people really want.
