BUT Republicans added voter-ID in the legislation.

Not to get Dems to vote for voter-ID,

but to get them to vote against the stock trading ban, so they can use it in the Nov. election.

we would offer stand alone legislation and could get a large bipartisan majority,

What a fiasco duties were paid at the border by importers, so the refund line starts in corporate accounting, not at customer service. Shoppers absorbed the price hikes, and now get the rare perk of paying for a policy they can’t return, even if the charge gets reversed.

I'm fed up with the label anti-vaxxer. What people would like to see is an industry that makes a go on its own merits: no indemnifications, no mandates, no subsidies, not patent-sharing scams, no censorship, no fake science, no fake studies, no compromised media smears of doubters, no quid pro quos with advisory committees, no revolving doors, no captured journals, no buried data of injury and death, no bought-and-paid-for politicians and scientists, no well-heeled shills.

In other words, it would be nice to see if this industry can make a go of it distributing a normal market good without all the nonsense that only promotes incredulity.
