@sw_help after a terrible week last week where I have had to claim delay repay every day culminating on Friday when I was 4 hours delayed you have decided to make your customers life even harder by downgrading my delay repay to 60-119 minutes! @swtrains_watch@Heidi_Labour

Also, I would urge you to escalate this internally. The current service is so bad and adding issues with compensation just adds insult to injury.

I would have typed "person being struck by a train" but surely you know that happened on Friday right? and yes I am appealing it but the 250 character limit is also super frustrating
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch@Heidi_Labour I was on the 1705 WAT->WIN train so impacted by the train strike on Fri. Final journey was 1909 FRM train which made it to WIN at 2143 so I was 222 mins delayed. Crazy that you reject or downgrade the delay repay given how long i was delayed and I'm a season ticket holder
Communication at Waterloo is non existent.
Mobiles don't work, wifi doesn't work.
There's no way to know which train is leaving next in these situations.
Surely given the disruption on Friday you should be accepting any reasonable delay repay request.
