I've called @panoramaortho twice about a billing dispute and no one has answered my messages. I'm now recording every call I make, an screenshotting every attempt reach you as evidence of your lack of responsiveness so I can prove that I've tried to reach you.
I've lost track of how many times I've tried (unsuccessfully) to create an account and pay my Denver Waste invoice online. The system does not work, and every time I've called to straighten things out, I get nowhere. @DenverDOTI

Then the service w/ @EpsonAmerica asked if she could put me on hold for "a minute" and it's 25 minutes. First you jerks force me to buy printer cartridges through you, then you sell me a shitty cartridge, then you put me through hell to get it warrantied.
Been on the phone for 55 minutes @epsonamerica trying to warranty a $25 printer cartridge. Why? Because they deliberately make it hard to get something warrantied so people just give up. Also your hold music sucks. #thisisbullshit
Called @denverpost 4 times, >30" on hold, used your chat help twice *just* to get a copy of my bill. Disconnected from your phone system EVERY time w/o speaking to anyone & promised call-backs that never happened. Now when I do finally reach someone I'm canceling my account.
Disappointed that @Vanguard_Group has such an awful website that makes it impossible for an investor to find needed information or actually GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO HELP. #vanguardretirement sucks.
Why @lufthansa is it so impossible to cancel my ticket? Why did you refuse to put a booking code ON my itinerary so it's impossible to do anything online. This is a nightmare.
@EpsonAmerica 1) I updated my software and now my ink cartridges don't work 2) the incredibly bad static-y phone hold music is designed force customers to hang up. It's giving me a migraine.
@bettterworldclub I've been on hold for 15" with "escalation!!!" Someone fix this I need my scooter towed and this is a nightmare. I tried for one whole day recently and you didn't get it right. I've wasted hours.
