Day 7 at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital
Started the day with Zumba dance and tennis a mix of fitness and fun before our clinical session. we had lectures on mental health assessment and recovery, exploring how bipolar disorder,affect emotion, thought,speech, and behavior

Day 6 at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital 🧠
Attended psychotherapy session today and had one-on-one talks with patients. I met individuals with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance abuse issues. Some shared experiences of hallucinations, delusions, and fear .

Day 5 at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital 🎾🧠
Read about a patient diagnosed with cannabis use for 10 years. Spent time playing tennis and ludo with patients — healing goes beyond medicine.

We were introduced to the wards today and got to meet some patients. It’s amazing seeing theory come to life in real clinical settings.
