@DTDCIndia CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Their delivery boy at the Gachibowli Master Franchise office delivered my parcel (D71451062 - sent on Aug 28) to the wrong address on Sept 1 (I did not receive any phone call/text message. The courier status showed "Delivered")

@DTDCIndia has neither retrieved my parcel nor given in writing that the parcel was lost in order for me to initiate a refund. The @DTDCIndia Gachibowli Master Franchise office workers have been taking us for fools and acting dumb every time I tried to enquire about my parcel.

I registered a grievance on the NCH following which a @DTDCIndia executive called to enquire and inform me that the parcel would be retrieved and delivered. It's been over a week. And the DTDC workers are refusing to even answer my calls
