Mental health isn’t separate from physical health. Our immune system and nervous system are in direct communication with our brain. Treatment needs to involve nutrition, movement, and the building of secure relationships.

it’s taking time but try not to let impatience ruin your harvest. let the sweetness that comes with alignment encourage you not to settle for less, give what needs to ripen as much time as it needs to come to fruition; your season is coming soon.
the ones most attached to older versions of you are always the ones who are most offended by your growth, but your evolution owes no one an apology, your emancipation doesn’t require explanations to be valid; your only responsibility is to bloom into the fullest version of you.
