Today is one of the most emotional days of my life. I genuinely don’t have the words to express what I am feeling right now.

Exactly four years ago I started speaking about reservation reforms.

I was abused. Mocked. Trolled. Threatened. I even got SC/ST Act notice by Delhi Police. But I kept going.

For four years, I wrote thousands of posts and made hundreds of videos on the issues. People I had never met started reaching out to me & sharing their stories.

The last four years have not been easy. I have lost work because I chose to associate myself with this movement. I have lost friendships. I have been attacked by trolls and IT cells. There were attempts to intimidate and silence me in every possible way.

I rarely spoke about any of this. Because for me, the cause was always bigger than my career, my comfort, my friendships, or anything I could personally lose.

And today…

When I stood back and saw thousands of people at Jantar Mantar demanding reservation reforms, I honestly felt something I cannot put into words.

Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. ❤️

आज कोर्ट में मेरे केस पर सुनवाई हुई। न्यायाधीश महोदय ने अगली सुनवाई तक केस पर पुलिस जाँच के लिए मुझे बुलाने से पूर्व जाँच अधिकारी को मुझे नोटिस देने कहा। यही नोटिस कोर्ट को भी दी जाएगी ताकि कोर्ट यह तय करेगा कि इसमें कोई तर्क है या नहीं।

कोर्ट ने यह भी नोट किया कि हमारे अधिवक्ता @jai_a_dehadrai ने हमारा पक्ष रखा कि उक्त व्यक्ति पर न तो कोई जातिगत टिप्पणी हुई, न ही उसका इस विषय में जातिसूचक शब्दों से कोई अपमान हुआ। अतः, कोई केस ही नहीं बनता।

जय अनंत जी समेत श्री सिंह एवम् प्रत्युष भाई आदि अधिवक्ताओं को मेरा ससम्मान आभार जिन्होंने मेरा पूर्ण पक्ष रखा। अगली सुनाई सप्ताह भर बाद है।

मेरे दादा जी 100 एकड़ ज़मीन में बांस की खेती कर रहे थे उस वक़्त मैं बहुत छोटी थी, उत्सुकता बस मैंने अपने दादा जी से पूछ लिया की इतनी बड़ी ज़मीन में हम लोग बांस की खेती क्यों कर रहे है?

उत्तर में दादा जी ने कहा कुछ वस्तु भविष्य में बहुत काम आयेगी और उन वस्तुओं में बांस का स्थान सर्वप्रथम रहेगा।
लगता है अब बाँस कटवाने का समय आ गया है।😆
