Concerns regarding the safety of Xanax and other short-acting benzodiazepines is not at all new. William Styron's battle with depression (and near suicide) is hauntingly documented in his 1989 "Darkness Visible".
A short, but in-depth account anyone with depression should know.
@PaulZSinger I don't know of anyone that is interested in seeing a repeat of the beat-down he already suffered. Even big fans seem to be hoping he changes his mind about a second fight. I didn't think he had any interest in a re-match with Erislandy Lara.
Buster Drayton-Rest In Peace
great fighter who was like the glue that held lots of people together. I last saw Buster at Matt Saad’s funeral. Buster always had a big smile.
I have no doubt Shawn Porter is correct. Canelo is a highly regarded fighter, but he didn’t beat Erislandy Lara by any means and the fight with Bivol was NOT at all close. That fight will need to be a co-Main Event as it’s unlikely to garner enough attention on its own.
