Today a federal judge sentenced a Honduran national to more than 17 years in federal prison for running a fentanyl trafficking operation that resulted in the 2023 fatal overdose of a 30‑year‑old Milwaukie father, fiancé, and son.

Cristhian Martinez’s drug trafficking operation was responsible for distributing more than 30 pounds of fentanyl—an amount equivalent to approximately 6.8 million potentially lethal doses.
