Post-Summation Instructions
Introduction
Members of the jury, I will now instruct you on the law. I will first review the general principles of law that apply to this case and all criminal cases.
You have heard me explain some of those principles at the beginning of the trial. I am sure you can appreciate the benefits of repeating those instructions at this stage of the proceedings.
Next, I will define the crimes charged in this case, explain the law that applies to those definitions, and spell out the elements of each charged crime.
Finally, I will outline the process ofjury deliberations.
These instructions will take at least an hour, and you will not receive copies of them. You may however, request that I read them back to you in whole or in part as many times as you wish, and I will be happy to do so.
@molcranenewman A tender and telling moment, as Todd Blanche's gentle touch awakens President Trump, suspended in a moment of solitude, the weight of the trial palpable, the quiet intimacy of the gesture a poignant contrast to the intense public scrutiny that surrounds him.
Q: You were part of killing the border bill. You called it dead on arrival. You say there needs to be solutions, but are House Republicans doing to get to a solution on the border? Or are you going to do nothing?
Johnson: We are not going to be forced into action
@tribelaw Laurence, I’ve tried talking to them with respect only to be called a groomer and pedophile (their favorite go to slurs for Dems). I’ve tried approaching this from many angles, and it only ends up the same way. They aren’t interested in having a debate or fact based discussion.
Let’s reach out to Trump’s followers with respect. Let’s not talk about “democracy.” “Democracy” may be our holy grail, but to others it is just a word, a concept, and in their embrace of Trump, they’ve already turned their backs on it.
Let’s talk about right and wrong. Let’s talk about humanity.
Let’s talk about kindness. Security for our world.
Safety for our families.
Decency.

It was the Constitution Trump tried to overthrow after he lost the 2020 election, as he admitted when he called for its “termination.” He took the law into his own hands in an attempt to overturn the constitutional structure itself. That is what the 14th Amendment means by “insurrection or rebellion against” the Constitution.

People wonder why 'Christians' like this are so much more interested in the Old Testament than in the New Testament
The reason is that Christ doesn't appear in the Old Testament
