Hey, you're departure board isnt working and youve moved all the stands about...but not changed any signage so its complete and utter chaos at lancaster bus station....such a well managed change. I wouldnt mind but you had pkenty of time to sort before schools

@StagecoachCNL Tbh, this happens more often than not. And, as usual you'll pass it to the local team but nothing ever seems to improve. That was a timed stop! So really isn't acceptable.

Any particular reason this bus jusy blew past a timed stop about 5 mins early? As usial your piss poor servic is making me late for work again. Should be slyne road green lane at 3 mins past. Its already at the bus station

@StagecoachCNL Is this still ongoing? Do you know what time the diversion runs. There's no messaging on stops/at the bus station or by staff. How are customers meant to know if their stop is going to be served?

@Sainsburyworker @sainsburys Its soo annoying, staff on the floor are over worked amd under appreciated. And customers vent their frustration at staff because they are there...mean while every big company has automated phone systems and AI chatbots that block any kind of customer support..all for profit

@sainsburys why is it every time I use one of your Sainsburys local stores i have to spend 5 mins looking for a member of staff for the till? Its getting ridiculous. These smaller stores are meant to be more convenient...but you ruin it by not staffing properly

@StagecoachCNL Luckily mel i did travel but i arrived at the university in the year 2340...all my work colleagues were gone and it was quite lonely...do you know what time i can catch the 1A back to 2026?

@StagecoachCNL so its 7am but your bloody app can see into the future by approx 8.5hrs.. how is someone meant to figure out what time your buses are running if they break the laws of physics?
