@unhingedindian_ That is practically a very difficult task. Land acquisition costs in this area is very high, and thr is hardly any available space in Mehdipatnam, moreovr, any expansion wld require passing through the Defence area, whr obtaining the necessary permissions wld be challenging.

@Abhisv0512@hyderabadprop Before the elections, the current govt. will ensure enough infrastructure is developed so this can’t be easily scrapped. Also, Future City (formerly Pharma City) was originally proposed by the BRS govt. Even when I was a kid, people said similar things about HITEC City.
