I love that @eBay links a gift card to your account the first time that you use it, if you don’t spend it all at once. Having to just check the box to apply more of it the next time you check out, rather than digging the card up again (or even remembering that card) is great!

@kickn8Reborn @Google @gmail I have yet to find any app that’s as easy for me to use with my very limited vision. But the website decides not to work for me regularly these days. 🤦‍♀️ We’ll see if they can sort it out when they DM me.

@gmail Well of course it’s behaving right now, since I wanted to screenshot it. 🙄 When it fails, the left side is blank — no inbox, starred, sent, etc — so there’s nothing where emails are normally shown either. Reloading does nothing. Cache clearing? Nope. Logging out/in? Nope.

I was so excited to get my order from @seescandies …then my excitement fizzled a bit. Turns out they didn’t give me one of the seasonal candies I’d picked in a custom mix. I won’t be able to order that til next Christmas if they’re out now. I was looking forward to that.😭

@AmazonHelp Live chat is not accessible for the legally blind. And phone calls are not accessible for the deaf. I cannot contact you via either; hence my annoyed tweet about lack of accessibility.

Sigh. A misdelivered package on Christmas Eve, and @amazon offers no deaf/blind accessible way for me to report it. No toast beast for me, I guess. Time to Grinch.

We just tried to call @tacobell again. Once again, “the number you have called is busy at this time.” Maybe they’re just leaving the phone off the hook entirely. 😠

I was annoyed that my local @tacobell ignored my request to NOT put lettuce on my gordita...but then I found that it wouldn’t have mattered if they’d gotten that right. The taco shell was so stale that it was inedible anyway.

Then @tacobell ‘s phone was constantly busy til we gage up trying to call (18 tries). Maybe they screwed up a bunch of other orders too.

Ugh. I complain to mamazon about a driver ignoring my delivery instructions (which ate nessecaru because I am DISABLED), and a week later it happens again. Not ok. Completely unacceptable.

@AmazonHelp “Delivery by Amazon”, just like the last one. The driver also said the package was left at the back porch, but dumped it by the garage (which is visible in the delivery photo). At least he didn’t lie about leaving it with a resident like last time. 😡
