Mainstream media hyped up the fact that we would have ASL performers covering the entire halftime show for the first time in Super Bowl history.

This is what the Deaf community had to do to see the ASL performers.

We need hearing allies to help advocate for our right to EQUAL access too. Help amplify our voices when we speak out on issues like this. We all deserve to enjoy the same experiences together on EQUAL ground.🤟🏼

Gaining EQUAL access to major televised events shouldn’t be so difficult. The Deaf community continues to advocate for ourselves, but dang… it’s exhausting.
