MARK has repeatedly got himself in questionable situation even when he was in the group but no one bats an eye because hes a korean man and oh so beloved it boy, but now it's clear as day what his stance is, no more vague "company decision and pressure" can hide his true colors
from this point on i won’t be supporting mark anymore it’s unreal how many of his fans are glazing that vague pr apology statement as if he’s not the literal ceo of his own company now with full capability to speak clearly for himself
I actually don’t care if they teach you american history in canada or anywhere else in the world. if you are famous it is the responsibility of your team to look up any symbols that are on any type of clothing before wearing it like this is basics
the upper room statement is just weird cuz isn’t mk the ceo???? like u went to school in canada and u want us to believe u didn’t know the history behind this fuckass flag ??
that u wanted to wear a cool vintage shirt ???
like who even is writing this apology?
@lagiburnout pas angkatan 23 lumayan banyak deh, bisa dibilang orang orang kayak gini beneran ada dan somehow pada gak berani lapor karena ya yang lain sama aja gitu, saling ngamanin mungkin
tbh all i have to say is that let alone a public figure, even as a normal human being you should be conscious about the flags and symbols you adorn and represent, in the given political climate and if you blindly ignore them, then you're really stupid man
imagina achar que o mark eh um coitado que nao sabe o que o simbolo da blusa significa quando ele viveu nos eua tempo suficiente pra aprender sobre na escola
just cos YOU personally dont know what the flag is (which you should) doesnt mean you can defend someone who was educated in north america + a 26 year old man who should be well aware of something like this. Can you guys stand tf up slavery was not a joke
ik it’s not my apology to accept but i need him to educate himself and make sure this never happens again. i think it’s common knowledge not to wear flags or symbols you know nothing about. fashion isn’t just aesthetics. it is and will always be political.
