@pharmdgto78 100%. I didn’t realize how much my entire personality/outlook changed after 15 years in pharmacy. I quit 5 weeks ago and feel more like myself than I have in YEARS ❤️

@pharmgirlmagic 8 years at 3 letter and I’m having the same issue 🥲 maybe shouldn’t have just quit my job before I had another one lined up…but my mental and physical health is 100% better these days! The RIGHT job will come along at the right time 😊

@BoesingLoretta @DGlaucomflecken This is why I quit. Understaffing is a chronic problem and I was told they “are trying to hire” Any other company unable to hire for 2 years would either reevaluate the work required or the wage offered. Nope, they just let the current staff burn out one by one.

@theangrypharm 19 y/o thought it would be a good idea to drink her prep on a PONTOON! Luckily the parent/pontoon owner refused to let her go with them 😆

@CrazyRxMan Every time I fill out a survey or get a visit from leadership I bring up that it’s not safe for drug storage (also pharmacy personnel but we already know they dgaf). They sent someone to check when it was 50 and raining & of course it was okay—come back when it’s 95 and humid 🥵

@saRxcasticRPh I *think* it’s going to be more on the corporate side of things but I wouldn’t put it past them to close some stores as well…and my town has 4 locations

I was going to put in my 2 week notice at three letter tomorrow but now with todays announcement stating layoffs are coming—-do I wait around to see if I’m offered severance? Or do I still quit 🤔 #twitterx I can’t do another peak season without staffing

@AccPharmacist PIC gave 2 week notice, no techs available after 5p and floaters every day 😭 if I didn’t need insurance I would quit today

@Hufflepuff_RPh These last two days were rough. 100s of scripts overdue, ERx issues and registers went down today for 5 hours 😭…and a DM message that our service scores were low Monday 💀

@rxjackie It’s coming. We had a conference call this week about it 😭 probably in the fall with updated covid booster and flu shot

@pharmgirlmagic Use the “N” function, don’t get bogged down on 1 problem rx (ipledge, ins issue) but skip that until “easy ones” done, use 2 computers & process on both to reduce loading time between scripts. QT until readyfills/clear then QV1 until promise time about 1-2hrs out then back to QT

@FrugalPharm Only book I kept was calculations for the random nitroglycerin 0.2% script that I have to look up how to calculate from 2% nitro bid because I just don’t use it often enough

@rdr_pharmacist I don’t mind working/commuting during the snow…it’s the days before/after that I want to avoid! So busy and everyone needs everything NOW…I’m in MN and the public should know how to do this by now 🤦🏻‍♀️
