@PlayStation Man would I love to play this game, but can't my console is stuck in safe mode and needs to be refurbished after 18 months. Never had a problem like this on my @MicrosoftXbox One 1 generation of 7 years.

The difference in quality: I made the leap from @MicrosoftXbox to @PlayStation because of the games. After 18 months, my PS5 died. Sony wants $230 and will give a 90-day warranty on repairs. I had my Xbox One first generation for 7 years. #buyersremorse #sonyneedstobacktheirwork

@Xbox_Series_XS Speaking as a former Xbox owner that switched to @PlayStation. Success is based on quality. I am happy with my switch, Sony has offered me much of the same library of games and exclusive content that lured an older gamer away from the need of multiplayer experiences.
