@splinter8675309@katiee______ You are not a good boss, you never had a good boss.
If you as a boss wants to know what bothers your workers, what are their problems at workspace and their worries, what are their needs, you as boss needs to shut the fuck up and listen.
@brian_havoc@SavagePoker Are you really arguing against one tour agent director? Do you really play poker? Because the players prefer the BBA model, every single one, so they can see 7 hands for free instead of paying every hand and losing chips every hand. That is less player friendly.
I have just read this 2009 article, and it's mind-blowing how much poker has changed since.
Today, we consider 10k a really small stack for a 10' turbo and a deepstack tournament, something like 100k.
Maybe it's just here in Europe, never been in the US, but anyways surprising.
It actually started with Venetian “Deepstacks” and grew like a plague on tournament poker with starting chip wars.
More starting chips don’t make tournaments better and I wrote about it 2009. https://t.co/23AZw9WeZ9
@SavagePoker@brian_havoc I'm only 2 years on this industry, never worked with every player ante but i have friends who had and everyone told me is shit. The best is button ante: they forget the ante, you deal just one card to the button. When he asked for the second, you ask back for the ante XD
@brian_havoc@SavagePoker Try to sit on the dealer chair for a day, just a day. Try to pick the ante for 9 players every single hand, even when they are drunk. Try to remember who has given to you and who doesnt, every single hand, after 12 hours shift. No please. Big Blind Ante or Button Ante only.
