@Rhiannag96 @SkyHelpTeam There is literally no other reason an account gets suspended and its automated so if you don’t pay a computer turns you off it categorically can’t be done in error meaning you may have paid now but you hadn’t before and now you have to wait the 24 hours for it to come back on
