Sept 17 4:00pm. St. Charles/15th St. Apparently this has become this guy’s new spot. Been here on and off for over a week now. Amazing how quickly parking enforcement tickets expired meters, but this kind of parking continues unabated in downtown west. @AlderSheenBean @stlcsb

@STL_ie I voted for her the first time, but not this time. The vote against the infrastructure bill was a big factor. Also the fact that all the MO politicians cannot get people in this state to pay their taxes and get proper license plates and registration is a major pet peeve. Fix it.
