You highlighted serious offences. How would raising the age of criminal responsibility have affected more common offences like window smashing, vandalism, theft, and repeated antisocial behaviour? Would victims still have seen meaningful consequences for under-14 offenders
@molloy1916 Hi Danny. I opposed it because victims (including female teachers/pupils) of sexual assault, threats to rape, upskirting, deep fake porn & cyber flashing deserves a criminal investigation if that happens to them even if the suspect is a day below 14.
