@RealHumanGuy2 @abcnews With this model, it's like two people buying a property together i.e. "You put in 20% and I'll put in 80%". You can live in the place, but I'll charge you rent for living in my share. You can buy my 80% over time.

It's fundamentally different.

@RealHumanGuy2 @abcnews It's fundamentally different because with a conventional loan, the bank hands you the money and you then use the money to buy something yourself. Because you borrowed money from the bank, they charge you interest until you give it back. Not what happens here.
