@SamsungUK Having spoken to numerous people from Samsung today I can confirm what I already knew. Don’t ever by a @SamsungUK. Their customer service is appalling. There’s a reason Samsung TV’s now come with 5 year warranty!. Shambles and poor quality. Do not buy.

@NETTram not very often I tweet but your driver on the 11.30pm from penny lane to Clifton was appalling. Closing the doors on us after waiting 20minutes for your tram for using the wrong doors by accident is very poor. I want to raise a complaint.
