@O2 back on the phone again todayโฆ.youโve still not sorted my issue this is the 6th time Iโve had to call and cancel and Iโm still being charged. When Iโm cancelling I donโt want to be sold extra services. This has been ongoing since the 6th of SEPTEMBER

@O2 after my 1hr call with your cancellation team last they said my contract was cancelled with immediate effectโฆ.yet here we are again for the fourth time with another new CONTRACT and no cancellation. Iโve been trying to cancel since the 9th of September #HelpNeeded
@O2 It was done by phone on three separate occasions!! Whilst I was trying to cancel they were trying to sell me new services and they werenโt listening to me. They assured that it was done but here we are againโฆ.three months laterโฆโฆ..I have Dm but this needs to be sorted.
@SkyUK your customer service is appalling! Imagine trying to charge me ยฃ48 more a month but if you were a new customer you get everything on a plate. Where is customer loyalty?
@ConsulFranceUK Morning, Iโm trying to gather info to obtain my husbands French birth certificate, he was born in the UK to a French mother. He is not sure where he would need to make an appointment to get a copy, could a request for a copy be made at the Edinburgh Consulate.
