@AlaskaAir My flight was changed and the new flight does not work for me. It won’t allow me to change it online and your hold
time is seven hours. After waiting for 4+ hours online I was disconnected. What am I supposed to do?? This is for tomorrow!!

@lufthansa How long are refunds for cancelled flights through travel agents taking? My agent has submitted everything in the format you want but has not heard anything back. I am entitled to a refund but can’t get your airline to respond.
