@HoustonHealthGa maybe instruct staff to recognize signs of extreme pain.....say for example when a grown man is bent over holding his side and barely able to walk.....
@houstonhealthga so I figured out what the problem is - it's not the doctors, the nurses (except the rude ones at er check in), or facilities - the problem here is from administration- this place is run by the most clueless people on the planet
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga soooooo your computer system is such crap that it shuts down for several hours at night preventing any charting, lab results or other tests??? are you KIDDING me???
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga everyone in surgery yesterday said fever over 101 to get back to the er ..... so glad we rushed over in the middle of the night so we could sit here for 3 hours - to say yall suck would be a high compliment
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga srsly this lpn is awesome - if only ANYBODY else on this staff would help her out maybe she wouldnt be having to take care of every one back here by herself
#houstonhealthga
@HoustonHealthGa no worries on that IV yall I went to my car for some water bottles - theres only one person working back here - everybody else is standing around running their mouths
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga as irritated as I am about being back less than 12 hrs after the surgery I do have to say that your er staff at this time of day could teach your daytime staff so many lessons in just being decent to people #houstonhealthga
@HoustonHealthGa well good morning Houston Health care just to catch you up we did finally, after 4.5 hrs, get the official "yep, it's the appendix" and went to surgery about 5:45 and were sent home about 8:45 and here we are back again at 4 am #houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga "provider" just came by to ask those questions that he. needed more info about bc he had expected us to get passed off to another dr - same exact questions he asked earlier when he wasnt paying attention #hiustonhealthga
@houstonhealthga not that I expect yall to notice or apparently care but he did go to ct at about 2:50 and came back by 3:15 - I really dont think 15-30 minutes is a realistic amount of time to have those results read and report to dr - I wont nag about that yet
@houstonhealthga according to the person I'm assuming is "the provider" the labs were lost "or something" and hes not sure why it is taking so long but at least we are headed to ct now
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga provider ordered a couple of tests and morphine and an iv .....I'm just wondering WHAT PROVIDER??? that guy in a white coat who was very distracted during the entire 5 minutes he spoke to us
#houstonhealthga#howcanyoubethisawful
@houstonhealthga cuz seriously even Pearson support- which is notorious for their horrible customer service, responds to issues raised on social
#houstonhealthga
@houstonhealthga yall dont have anyone who monitors your social media do you??? that's really not a good way to go cuz there are so many people angrier and meaner than I am #houstonhealthga
