I attended this service. There was zero meaningful coproduction in its change from lifetime membership/drop in to ‘therapeutic community’ with seemingly some SCM principles thrown in

@luckyot @OliverDale10 It’s really interesting though isn’t it, because as a member that was involved in pre, during and post, I didn’t experience being involved in any meaningful coproduction, despite you telling me I did. Something to reflect on perhaps…

I hope the evaluation of the new service will recognise all the members who never made it through the new programme because it was not in any way accessible to them
