At some point I installed some widget on Chrome that plays Animal Crossing music, and every once in a while I remember and tune in to a K. K. Slider concert.

Why do I always delete the app? I don’t know. I think I just don’t like having financial apps on my phone, and also I’m always running out of space for audiobooks and videos of my baby.
Every six months or so:
Me: I don’t have Venmo can you take a payment for me?
Husband: You have Venmo.
Me: I have Venmo?
**Download app**
Me: Hey, I have money in Venmo!
**Take payment, forget all about it, delete app a week later. Repeat forever.**
First cold in 2.5 years. Turns out I’ve forgotten a lot of basics about being sick, like:
- Why did I dislike taking NyQuil?
- Why did I always stick to half-doses even after I became an adult?
My brain is complete mush. It took me fifteen minutes to write this tweet.
My husband @seaniccus hasn’t tweeted in like a week and I’m concerned. Not enough to do anything or ask him about it, just a generic level of worry on par with the concern I have about the ants mysteriously appearing in our bathroom ever since he stopped tweeting.
I’m listening to a pitch for a Victorian novel and the presenter keeps referring to Bridgerton kicking off a Victorian wave and Regency does not equal Victorian arrrrrrrgh
So I got vaccinated and boosted. I socially distanced and masked and guess what? I’m fine. I’ve never been infected. I’ve never been sick. I think there are a lot of people like me. You just never hear from them.
