@CoyoteJME Yeah, I'm probably leaving Twitter too (haven't really been active on here in a long time, mostly just lurking reading game news), but I'd love to follow you somewhere else. Will wait and see where you decide to go (I'm on your mailing list too though!)
Just finished reading (bingeing, really. I read it all in a night -- stayed up till 5am for it) my first sci-fi book (SOME DESPERATE GLORY by Emily Tesh) and I'm not sure if it's the lack of sleep speaking but I'm genuinely convinced it has changed my life ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Something interesting you might not have realized: a number of words in English are nouns when you stress the first syllable but verbs when you stress the second.

I think I've lost my ability to write romance 👀😬 that or somehow I've lost interest in it...? I find it more interesting to write for my other WIP (which also has romance but as a side plot) than my main romance story 🥺
Project: Leaf🍃 reveal! I've been working on what I called "my secret personal project" for the most part of 2022... and I finally revealed it the other day! 🙈 It's been a fun (but also stressful) process, and I wasn't really happy with it at first but I do love it now ✨
@RebeccaFKenney1 I can, however, see how it can be a useful tool IF (and only if) the AI is trained on cc0 images etc that don't take the work of other artists without consent. That's the biggest issue for me, especially when people feed the works of artists to generate something in their style
@RebeccaFKenney1 I personally disagree with how it's unethically sourced (not just for art, even text AIs), so I don't use them at all. I've never tried and don't plan to start, since I still enjoy doing everything on my own from scratch -- it gives me a satisfaction I wouldn't get otherwise.
Was in Jakarta for a work trip (straight from Scotland 😂 it was exhausting) this week and it was such an experience! 🥰 kind of sad it's over now 🥹 #travel
