@RepClayHiggins Oh boy, you should look at the “warrants” @ICEgov uses. An official takes an anonymous tip, issues themselves an admin warrant, in which they authorize themselves to arrest an individual w/o judicial review, & then effectuate that warrant, oftentimes ensnaring those not named
