COnnection got delayed and nobody at LATAM was of any help. Latam said it was Delta, delta said Latam. We'Re still waiting for the Lyft to hotel. We arrived at 8pm. It is now 1AM. Absolute TRASH treatment from all, 0 sympathy towards people with disabilities and small children
