Additionally, the posters required for the autograph session had not been prepared in sufficient quantities. As a result, the artists waited while the event team sourced and printed additional posters, causing fans to wait for activities to resume.
Despite challenges concerning time, venue availability, weather conditions, and the lack of onsite information clarity, the artists and the team persisted until the Fan Benefits were completed at approximately 1.00 a.m.
The Company would like to emphasise that neither the artists nor the team intended to treat any fan unfairly nor deprive them of their entitlements. All parties made every effort to resolve issues onsite and to enable fans to participate in activities with the artists as fully as possible, despite working hours extending significantly beyond the agreed scope.
The Company sincerely apologises to all fans for the delays, inconvenience, and disruptions experienced. We will conduct a thorough review of the circumstances and introduce stricter measures with event organisers regarding information verification, entitlement numbers, working hours, and the readiness of materials and equipment to prevent a similar situation recurring.
We sincerely thank all fans for your understanding, patience, and ongoing support of our artists. The Company is deeply concerned for everyone’s wellbeing and wishes you all a safe journey home.

Statement Concerning the SHINE Hong Kong Fancon on Saturday, 25 July 2026
Be On Cloud Company Limited wishes to clarify the circumstances that occurred during the SHINE Hong Kong Fancon, attended by artists Mile Phakphum, Apo Nattawin, Son Yuke, and Euro Yotsawat.
Prior to the event, the Company and the organiser discussed and mutually agreed upon the relevant arrangements, including the number of activity participants, Fan Benefit entitlements, and the artists’ working hours. The organiser was responsible for ticket sales and managing all Fan Benefit entitlements in accordance with the terms agreed with the Company.
Leading up to the event, the Company consistently followed up with the organiser regarding the number of Fan Benefit entitlements and received confirmation that the total remained within the agreed scope and timeframe.
On the day of the event, all artists started work on time and participated fully in every activity according to the schedule and details provided. The Fan Benefits activities began at approximately 1.30 p.m. local time and were scheduled to conclude before the performance commenced at 7.00 p.m.
However, during the activities, the team discovered that the number of participants did not match the previously provided information and continued to increase. Despite repeated requests for the organiser to confirm the final, accurate number of participants, complete and clear information was not furnished. Consequently, the activities could not be completed within the scheduled timeframe.
It was originally agreed that the artists would have at least 30 minutes to rest and prepare before the performance. However, as activities extended beyond the scheduled time, the artists were unable to take the agreed break. The Company had to temporarily pause the activities to allow the artists to eat, rest, and prepare for the performance, which consequently began at approximately 8.00 p.m.
Immediately after the performance, all artists resumed the Fan Benefits activities to ensure fans received their entitlements as fully as possible. Throughout this period, the Company continued to liaise with the organiser regarding the remaining participants. However, it was only informed that the number was still being verified, while the number of activities continued to increase beyond previously confirmed figures.
According to the original schedule, all activities should have concluded by 10.00 p.m. However, this was not feasible due to discrepancies in the number of entitlements, the ongoing increase in participants, and the impact of Typhoon Noul in Hong Kong, which affected the use of the original venue.
The Company was later informed that the remaining activities would need to be relocated to a nearby restaurant. The artists requested time to have a meal before continuing with the next set of activities and again asked the organiser to provide a final, confirmed number of participants. Nonetheless, the information remained incomplete and continued to change.

Q: If you have to choose between waking up tomorrow and found out that there is no bsumbody remember you or waking up tomorrow and then you cant remember your bsumbody. What would you choose?
BB: I gonna choose bsumbody cant remember me. Cause if I forgot bsumbody, everyone would feel upset. It’s more than me who are the only one upset about it. It would be so hurt, if I did things like we dont know each other.
