@SolarChildX1 Intern/student in 2010, just suggested fasting 1x/week, cafeteria still served cold food that day. (Cold so prayer room nearby wouldn’t smell it 😋—fasts besides food also fine) Had a schedule much like school with certain times checked into prayer room vs class room.

😡 It’s SO disgusting hearing sermons to disguise sin/manipulate and it takes awhile to get untwisted from it. There’s a lot of emotions… Jesus is a wonderful healer but pls don’t isolate. The Bible has rules for who can pastor for a reason, and I wish they weren’t ignored.

Heart is breaking for people/victims in IHOPKC. 💔 I was there ~2010. I went from there to a tiny unrelated church which ended due to pastoral abuse and sexual sin. I felt the anger of realizing teaching had ulterior motives.
