Interesting. I teach my kids natural consequences and self control. Ex. If you hit someone, even a light shove, and they punch you in the face, that’s a natural consequence.. you cannot predict other people’s behavior, but you can CONTROL yours :)

Last year I ran a 5K for my birthday in 31 mins (that’s about 10 mins a mile), this year I can’t run a yard without huffing & puffing (that’s about 3 ft) 😭.. I’ll be back in 30 days with an update.
