Have tried to recover my old account for nostalgic reasons username "Derkull" Everytime I try this I get ERROR message. I have provided sufficent proof It's my account it's nothing special but was one of my first pures I made on osrs. Please help

@JagexSupport Good Morning, I browsed the link I get reverted back to account recovery. I don't know the email to the account I know the password. I've tried this multiple times for over a year and I get the same error not sure what I've done wrong.

@JagexSupport Furthermore, I know Everything and have put in appeal date created using below screen shot and found all my screenshots using OSBuddy, I really just need someone to look at the appeal so I can get this sorted out.
