Very disapointed today in @Decathlon@DecathlonIE will charge you delivery despite telling you that delivery is free for orders over €200. I asked my parterner to finalise an order for over €400 and they charged us delivery. We asked and were told ...
... we should have used An Post as the option, but An Post was not available as an option, and they force you to use UPS. Partner didn't know I wouldn't have made the order if the delivery fee was charged. Incredilby poor service for a huge order. Feel cheated.

@ukwrightphil@bw_whelan@PaulaHilman@jackfchambers@GardaTraffic@HMcEntee Had a similar close pass in Phoenix park recently beside the wellington monument and have on camera. Can I ask how you go about reporting?
I understood there was supposed to be a portal akin to what the Met have in London to make these reports, but this seems limited to theft.
I was cycling on a single lane I had a very close pass from a speeding driver who drove into the cycle lane on the other side of the road while hurling abuse at me. I have the incident on camera. Can you please advise on the best way to report? @GardaTraffic@gardainfo
@GardaTraffic as I was cycling today on a single lane I had a very close pass from a speeding driver who drove into the cycle lane on the other side of the road while hurling abuse at me. I have the incident on camera. Can you please advise on the best way to report said driver?
@ItsBodhiYo @righttobikeit Actually, they should take up more of the lane to prevent morons from overtaking when there's no room. It's called defensive cycling and it saves lives.
@righttobikeit Driver obviously shouldn't be on the road, but for your own safety, you need to learn defensive cycling, esp in Cork. You're too far left and need to be more in the middle of the lane to shut down dangerous passes like this, and give yourself room to swerve when idiots are about.
@SecondCaptains what a world we live in where winning back to back 6 nations is seen as a bottle job. You'd be forgiven for thinking we'd lost the whole shebang listening to the Murph moan.
Terrible Irish sides of the past managed to get the odd day of triumph against brilliant England's or Frances when they were the best in the world at the time.
@MickySwinger Oh wow, ok, thanks, that's a huge relief. Even the aftermath was a horrible thing to see. The bike was in an awful state and when it was an artic and there were so many Garda around I assumed the worst. 3rd accident involving a cyclist I've seen in the last 6 months.
@righttobikeit Not blaming, but for your own safety you should be taking primary position and be in the middle of the lane here. Oncoming traffic with no room for a car to safely overtake but enough room for them to try to and do something like this.
@BullCabe @righttobikeit This attitude is why I cycle out in the middle of the lane, to prevent selfish dangerous idiots from endangering me, and all to shorten their journey by a matter of seconds.
