@TheAn1meMan … You go so hard on that SAO stuff being made up or from another anime but the senator wasn't exactly wrong, most of that is actually accurate, happens in the ALfheim Arc of SAO, So... Spoiler Alert that actually did happen, but otherwise, agreed this is stupid its all fiction.

@Reshkrom1153 @iam_tunying @aevanko Gen U was like the first time you could argue you had to pay for G-Rank in the West and even then it was on a different console so it was more effort then lets slap some DLC into the game.

Past MH titles has "DLC" and it was all free, sure I think it was all on the cart in the case of 3DS titles at least but it was "DLC" and "Free" unless you want to argue like 4 Ultimate is "DLC" but even then it only applied to Japan we only ever got 3G, 4U.

@TaurusOxford @monsterhunter I don't think cross-play would be that hard, they already have systems in place with lobbies having IDs and such, if anything work gets put in to stop cross-play, if wanted like cross-progression that would take some serious effort, a "skeleton" crew could get cross-play going.

@nemestrinus44 @TaurusOxford @monsterhunter I'm sure some check could be thrown in to know if someone in a lobby has mods or not, but I did indeed forget about them since I haven't used many that I imagine would cause issues with console players.

@monsterhunter Isn't this the update that will finally sync up PC with Consoles? either way any time I tune into for some MH news I hope for cross-play, I don't think its even been hinted at but I'd love to see PC, Xbox and PlayStation hunting together!

@PretendoNetwork @Ctgp7 I hope the Monster Hunter titles get looked at, I know the Monster Hunter Tri on Wii just died since something like Wiimmfi didn't support it :( seems like it might have used some Capcom servers? hopefully not the case for 3DS, hope someone capturing packets now while they can!
