Call me Mouse. I am not a writer but I still write. I am an artist but I never draw. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
0 tolerance for fandom discourse, I’m unhappily employed and mentally ill and here to have a gay ol’ time.
@smitkis03 It’s also the first of one of the many invasive tests you’re forced to endure if you experience pain during penetration or any other reproductive issue that needs diagnosing.
@smitkis03 In the states it’s encouraged at a certain age regardless for screening purposes (which is bulllshit) and I’ve also had an office hold my birth control pills hostage unless I consent to it every year just so I don’t bleed for months straight. So yeah.
@levtuves@ahwdora Seeing a lot of people in the comments expressing similar sentiments and just wanted to say you can demand they use the smaller size speculum. It’s sickening that it took years of pain, blood and tears for my gyno to suggest it as an option, but it’s a lifesaver for next time.
@Alastaura Breaking my silence to say I don’t feel one way or the other about RA I just ship RS by myself in my own little corner, but I’ve admittedly never inwardly cringed more than when I read a good deal of RA posts. They’re setting themselves up for one big disappointment
Neurodivergent screening tests will be like "do you struggle with wearing socks" and ND people will be like "nope does not describe me, for you see l have a System" and folks that is what the question is getting at
The pipeline of "oh i already know i want to be an artist of some sort when i grow up" ➡️ "oh god this field isn't sustainable i need a less creative job" ➡️ "oh my god im not passionate about literally anything how am i supposed to choose something fulfilling" is so real
I was gonna say "Man, someone should make an edit of this scene ACTUALLY being sang by Disappearing Guy" and then I remembered "Wait a minute, I KNOW HOW TO EDIT".
Here's "Isn't She Lovely" from TADC actually being sang by Disappearing Guy.
